    Achieving everything that is mentioned in NoI is a journey prabhuji, its not a destination. The idea is that its the ideal goal that we should have in mind. Overnight its not possible to convert into whatever is mentioned.

    Now coming to tips on how to maintain equanimity the whole day - the trick is to wake up at mangal muhurta, take bath, do mangal arati (everything, sansar davanal.... to vibhavari sesha... to tulsi arati to ceto darpan marjanam to ten offences to the hly name, like how its done in any ISKCON temple. Then sit and chant as many rounds as possible before the morning routine starts. For some, it may be morning walk (u can chant on the way then), for some its hitting the gym, or buying green groceries for the day, cooking or whatever. Try to chant as many - ideally 16 before you start the day.

    Then eat only prasadam, watch only spiritual related things even on tv or internet, read only spiritual literature. Automatically you will be in  equilibrium. Make is a habit to read atleast 1/2 an hour to 1 hour daily - Srimad Bhagawatam and Gita or Ramayan or some related literature.

    Attend temple program as often as you can. Associate with devotees and try to render service in the temple when you are there.

    If yuo can do this much prabhuji, pretty much the rest will fall in place.
