The meaning of Meghna as you would probably have been aware of is, "The baby girl name Meghna comes from the Indian word which means, "Riner ganges." Sanskrit word which means, "Arising from the clouds." Sanskrit word which means, "Megh + na. Megh means cloud. Na indicates the one which resides in clouds i.e. lightning, thunder, brilliance, energy.." Indian word which means, "raincloud." from: http://www.birthvillage.com/Name/Meghna
If you use the name in describing the brilliance and colour of Krishna then the name Meghna as described above would most probably be fitting.
