But fortunately my Mom and Dad were "bargain hunters" and loved to attend anything that was "free".
So I took my parents and my aunt and uncle to the Venice Beach, Calif USA Rathayatra. It was easy for me to convince them to go. I told them that there was going to be a bunch of free stuff- "free music, free food, etc. My parents loved it. After they attended that 1st Rathayatra they always went every year. It was great. I also brought "Maha-prasadam from the LA Temple to their home all the time. They loved that too.
