question about Vegan Diet

I have for the most part been Vegan and Gluten free for quite a while. Much better...however, there is a curse placed upon this diet of eternal gas...hmmm. Makes for unpleasant yoga classes. Anyway. In one of the recent videos on earthen pot cooking, which was great by the way. I heard of some food that helps with that. I tried putting on repeat a thousand times but to no avail. I could simply not make out the word. What is that food item that is added to cooking?

Thanks

  • Hare Krishna Adam Prabhu!
If you have developed acidity then it is better to consult a doctor first. Also ask if vegetarian food would help you cure completely. I think we should ask spiritual questions to a spiritually learned person and physical ailment related questions to a qualified doctor. I pray to Krishna for your complete soundness so that you can concentrate to Krishna Consciousness.
    Hare Krishna!
    • Thank you all for your replies. No its definitely NOT THAT BAD, that i need a doctor or something lol. Ive Been vegan, dairy and gluten free for over a year. Between that and my meditation i self cured from Gout and a blood clot in my leg. And am off all medicines, that were doing nothing before. So if anything, I avoid the doctor. God shows the way, truly. But its been good to me, minus some occasional stomach stirring. But that is ok. Its natural when you are eating insane amounts of vegetables for that to happen, this I know. Thanks again all.

      Much Love.

  • How does one cook this? Will it make all my food taste the same? By the way...thanks for your response
