Srila Prabhupada says example of a person who eats a lot at home, and goes to restaurant and drinks tea, biscuits, even after being full. Controlling The Mind With Strong Intelligence

Mind is like a naughty child who will always remember past bad habits but if the mind is somehow rendered humble and submissive in the company of Vaishnavas and one has made some amount of spiritual progress then we find that the mind becomes calm and the old pursuit of sense gratification is gone.
