- When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
- I occasionally read BBT books and came to the ISKCON temple to have darshan of the deities.One day after attending the morning Srimad Bhagavatam Class, I was just going through some of the books & temple items, when Girija Prabhu who is a member of BI came and enquired about me.We had talk and he gave me some advices & his phone number.After he left Suraj Prabhu, who is his friend came to me and we had a long discussion on various aspects.He asked me to visit their mess sometime which was just to the opposite of the temple, after crossing the highway.This mess was arranged by Sri Sunderbar Prabhu,an initiated devotee of the temple.
After about a month, I again met Suraj Prabhu at the temple in the morning after attending the Srimad Bhagavatam Class & went with him to the mess & met Sunderbar Prabhu & I was really inspired and impressed by his talks and ways.There was a kind of divine glow, purity and bliss on his face and most firm faith on Lord Krishna as he spoke.The students of the mess were following strict disciplinary rules and devotional ways e.g. rising early in the morning, daily mahamantra chanting and temple darshan,no outside food only prasadam,no cheap movie songs only bhajans,no intoxication etc.
This was the first day when I came to understand what ISKCON and Hare Krishna Movement was all about.In the days that followed I started to attend all seminars,classes,lectures and sankirtans that was conducted there.The mess had become a part of the temple with many devotees even
outside of the state visiting it and many programmes being held there even.I wish such type of a building could be arranged in the vicinity of every ISKCON temple to make mess so that it may also function as the above one and thus help in spreading Krishna Consciousness and producing many more pure devotees.

- ANY service that they think this fallen soul is worth offering...
It will be their holiness & mercy to bless me with a service, to have faith on me & giving me STILL a chance to wash way some my sins.
Specifically,
I would love love to wash their lotus feet & drink the nectar.
I will be very HAPPY if Lord Krishna & His devotees permit me to join them in their 'GRAND GRAND PLAY'.

I believe in your ideals of swami vivekananda! Even the Jagadguru Shankaracharya believed in advaita philosophy! Whatever may be the path, be it Advaita or Dvaita, realising the ultimate Brahman is the Ideal! By following any path sincerely, one can reach the common goal i.e, self-realisation. We need to respect both the philosophies.Infact, Dvaita & Advaita, both of them are necesary for realising the ultimate Brahman, in various stages of spiritual life.
