- 13th november 1985, brooklyn temple on visit to pray for my daughter's(Manju) welfare as per my upbringing on her birthday. HG Murali Krishna gave me my first Bhagwat Gita.
upon reading i came to understand that i am an asuric person n decided to take first easy step of giving up meat eating. Manju asked me as her birthday gift to give up smoking and alcohol! i began my spiritual discovery.

I am now in Russia for the Black Sea Festival. It was in Krasnador. Over 4000 devotees assembled from every nook and corner of Russia and Some parts of Europe! It was one of the most amazing festivals I have ever attended. Excellent arrangements were there. There were no complaints, no angry faces, no arguments, no morose looking ones! Every one was blissful and happy. The kirtanas were especially sweet led by such stalwarts as BB Govinda Maharaja, Indradyumna Maharaja, Sachinandana Maharaja, Goswami Maharaja etc!! It was pure gold!!
I just now reached back Moscow. I will stay here for another week and then back to India. Will contact you after I come back to Bangalore.

Thanks a lot for the invitation. Well, all this is new for me. Maybe it will take some time for me to get around this wonderful site and be able to enjoy the information available. By the by, its been a long time that since we met personally. Will you be visiting the center this sunday. I met Pramod and Anup last sunday and we have plans of attending the program this sunday at about 11.00am. Hoping to get your association. Till then, please shower your mercy on this fallen soul.
