When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
I first met the devotees in the city of Minneapolis in 1990. I had driven there from my home town with some friends to see a music band called shelter. The musicians of this band were all devotees and were traveling and preaching Krsna Consciousness through their music. :)
I had been reading books on yoga, practicing vegetarianism, abstaining from intoxicants and exploring spiritual ideas. I was trying to attain a revolution in consciousness.
After meeting the devotees I began to read Srila Prabhupada's GIta.
There were many things I could not understand but I continued reading.
Eventually I moved from my home town to join the ISKCON temple in Vancouver in 1992. I took initiation from Vipramukhya Swami (now das) in 1993 and received the scared thread from him in 1995 in Sri Mayapur Dhama on Gaura Purnima after bathing in the Ganga. It was a very auspicious day!

I know many devotees around the globe but the ISKCON temple is far from my home and I do not go often. I practice Krsna Consciousness in my home.

The interwebs have opened up a whole new realm of possibility for associating with devotees and this is very exciting.
I love the holy Dhama Sri Vrndavan. I love Govardhan and Radha-Kunda. I love to cook nice prasadam. I love sweets especially. I want to learn classical mrdanga and harmonium so that I can do nice bhajans in my home. I want to worship Sri Sri Radha-Krsna in my heart of hearts.

To meet some intelligent devotees and explore Krishna Consciousness online.
I am also interested in relocating to a devotee community and would like to know more about life in India.
I will be traveling to India in 2012 and will be visiting ISKCON Juhu for the first time. I would like to make contacts in that area so that I can have some friendly association with the Vaisnava community.
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
I love to cook delicious food for Krishna.
