Hare Krishna,I am curious to know about the prescribed food one should intake in Ekadashi fast. I know of people take 'Coun' rice but some people do not. Some take vegetables like potato and bannana.I wanted to know it from the Authority the ideal food one should take during Ekadashi fasting and how many times or say when one can take. Is it a half-day fasting or full day fasting. Kindly help.Hori bol.See More

Hare Krishna, I need guidance about how to be attentive while chanting. My experience is while chanting i lose my attention unknowingly. And when try to be attentive, get confused whether I should pay attention to the mahamantra 'Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare" or my attention should be on Krishna, I mean the Krishna idol, or otherwise.
