- When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
- I had a very exciting introduction to Krishna Consciousness, which is bit longer so cant put in here. My first inspiration to be a part of Krishna Consciousness was through my friend Anant Krsna in the year 2001, when I was finishing my schooling. We used to attend weekly house program in front of our school. My educational achievements made me to dive more deeper into Krishna Consciousness philosophy (still learning to dive into d endless ocean). I am grateful to my friend for giving me an opportunity to get me connected to Hare Krishna movement.

- Radha Parthsarthi Temple, East of Kailash, New Delhi & Krishna Balram Temple, Vrindavan
- Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you
- I am just trying to put my thoughts in place as it may inspire devotees somewhere around d globe. This Krishna Consciousness movement has become an integral part of my life and soul. After spending initial years in Krishna Consciousness, I realized that philosophical approach plays crucial role to apply the process with proper conception, understanding & spirit. I am bent with little open minded approach & carry on my life in the same spirit.
Like to preach Krishna Consciousness whomsoever I meet & try to be an insignificant instrument to imbibe its rich values in other's lives, philosophical interactions with devotees, learning from devotees realizations & perceptions, playing mrdanga, participation in harinams & visiting Vrindavan are some jewels of my Krishna Consciousness life.
Every day is a journey, experience & learning to grow further in spiritual life. Upliftment in spiritual life is dependent on the blessings of Vaishnavas, which in turn is dependent on our endeavors & I aspire to make endeavors so that I can make a little contribution to the service to Sri Guru & Gauranga.

Gokul R, a 23-year-old follower of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), has imbibed their philosophy very seriously along with his academic pursuits. Gokul topped the All India Rank (AIR) list of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2011, by scoring 91.33 out of 100.
Forty-seven students from Pune made it to the toppers’ list of GATE 2011, for which more than five lakh students across the country appeared.
