carob brownies

Ingredients

Butter - 1/2 cup (1 stick)

Unsweetened Carob Powder - 1/2 cup

Sugar - 1 cup

Silken Tofu, pureed - 1/2 cup (equivalent of 2 eggs)

Vanilla Extract - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup

Walnuts - 1/2 cup (Nuts, carob chips, peanut butter or cream cheese to swirl on top - optional).
