When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?: Met a bramhachari in 1993, who sold my mum a copy of "As-it-is". Book landed in my hungry to read hands, and I was hooked. It wasn't until I was 19, some nine years later, that I first visited a temple, but I had many encounters with Krishna's devotee's in those years.

Name the nearest and most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.: New Varshana, Auckland, New Zealand. First visited: ISKCON East Hartford. Pyari Mohan dasa. Jiva dd. (Connecticut) Madhavananda dasa. (Los Angeles) Partha-sarathi dd. Madri dd. Hari Priya dd (New Zealand)...

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.: Busy, single mum of four little Vaishnavis (Radhe Shyam and Sadhana Bhakti - twins aged 7. Nitya-priya, 5. Vedavati, 3.) We live in a bush clad area of Auckland, New Zealand, away from the humdrum of suburban and city living. My children go to a small, intimate enviroschool, and I spend much of my time being a mother, chanting, reading, and not much else really. I am an artist (thank you Krishna), and spend whatever little free time I have drawing/painting/singing. Two of my children have specific learning disabilities - Nitya has Dyspraxia/ADHD/Sensory Integration Disorder, and Radhe has Asperger Syndrome (or High Functioning Autism). I also have a dx' of Asperger Syndrome.

What are your expectations from this community?: As someone with ASD (autism spectrum disorder/asperger syndrome) I have a hard time connecting with people socially, so I am hoping to really connect with some deep, serious, wonderful devotees here.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?: Absolutely anything that I can.

One more thing i have a daily SMS group also which i send daily SMS(Previous Acaryas's Quotes, BG Quotes, Bhagvatam Quotes etc.) if you want send me your mobile numbers also.
