Can someone help? Mahavishnu Goswami said in this part 4 ,"Good milk is not available anywhere,go to the supermarket ,its so easy its available in buckets ,please take advantage of this facility"I assume he must mean take advantage of krishna Consciousness,or it would be a contradiction.

With the way cows are treated common sense told me that krishna would not be pleased if I drank milk.When I told this to the devotee's at the temple , everyone disagreed with me and gave me a whole list of reasons why.Since then the restaurant may  now partly agree as they now get their milk donated because this means that it is the  next best thing  they can do ,as it does not support the milk industry financially.

So it is Vegan for us all and a lot of devotee's do not know this .

I used soya milk for a while until I emailed a company with concerns that now fluoride has been added to some of the major water supplies in the UK ,where most food is processed ,does it contain fluoride ?They tried to avoid the question by playing the usual tricks with words and telling  me  to contact another department. After seeing through their tricks eg "we do not add any "but forgeting to mention the mains water suppler  does ,and several emails ,they were  completely cornered and both departments said yes there is fluoride in our product.

Processed foods use mains fluorinated water even foods that appear dry .The more of them you eat the more fluoride you are likely to consume .Make your own ,less plastics and packaging too.

Does anyone know where you can buy "Good milk" ? Are any ISKCON farms selling any milk on line ? If not ,why not ? Isn't that what they are partly for,to set the example .A taster sample always sells the deal for me .  

Until then I have found home made carrot juice and fruit  juice far better on cereals .

 It was mentioned in the lecture about electrical goods.I took readings around  my house with an Elecromagnetic Radiation Tester .It measures EMF (fields)  .Since then, I now turn every thing off at the wall that I am not using .This stops the EMF at the wall .The walls and ceilings will always give off EMF from the wiring behind them ,so if nothing is being  used  like at night ,turn the whole lot off at the mains .I think you will find you sleep better and if you have concerns about turning the fridge off ,buy the largest porous plant pot with out glaze you can  find ,soak it in water and use this to cover your food .The hotter it gets the more water evaporates taking with it the heat therefore the more it cools .
